Great news!✨🙌 I made significant progress in both weight loss and body fat percentage loss! As for body fat percentage, I've aimed for 0.5% reduction per month, but I've already lost 1.17% this month so far!🙀🥳 I've also lost 1.37kg in weight this month; this is significant considering how my weight has shifted for the past year (see the second graph). I wondered why this happened and realized that I quit having store-bought sweets except for dark chocolate and a super homemade-like Japanese sweet sold in a neighborhood supermarket on July 13th. I still eat sweets as long as it's one of the two exceptions or I make on my own. I used to habitually eat store-bought sweets (especially pastries) partly because my husband buys them regularly, but my doctor suggested those store-bought pastries or cookies contribute to raising the numbers of my blood sugar and LDL cholesterol. They are still in the normal ranges, but I hope I get better numbers at the annual checkup this fall.☺️ I'm very excited about the development! I may want to lose a few more kg as I see the progress so that it will alleviate my knee issues and enable me to run faster and longer! 🏃🏻♀️💨💨💨
