Wholemeal flour noodles with rich seafood and pork broth tsuke-men. I prefer thick and viscous soup style when I eat tsuke-men. Actually, I came here for eat *kelp broth dipping* noodles tsuke-men because the day was blistering heat day. But eventually, I ordered that one. The smells are always remind me the strong Umami…So, I can’t choice.
