I walked for an hour today for my health. Walking, yoga, and reading are my favorite activities to relieve stress🏃♀️🧘📚 There’s a pond I love, surrounded by beautiful nature, and I visited it for the first time in 20 days. It’s gotten even greener than last time🌳 It felt like I was taking a green shower. Little lizards were crawling on the ground, looking happy to welcome the spring. There was also a turtle basking in the sun. I looked up the reason, and it turns out that turtles produce vitamin D by soaking up the sun, which helps them stay active!🌞
