Whether you are a child or an adult , we all drink milk nowadays. Even when feeding babies and we replace breast nursing with milk powder , people think it provides many nutrients for their bodies. From my point of view, I don't think so , because these dairy products all have added chemical compositions, and there have been several milk powder poisoning incidents in China. Some babies or children have suffered from a variety of diseases due to milk poisoning. They were really pitiful and sympathetic. So, you'd better not drink these dairy products. If you really want to drink , there are also some suggestions for you: First , you can buy fresh milk from nearby rangelands . Those ranches have a large number of dairy cows, and the first-hand milk from the cows is definitely healthy. Second, if there's no pasture nearby , you can buy fresh dairy products with a shelf life of no more than 20 days at the supermarket. Remember not to grab those with a long self life.
