πΊπΈ This meme was right. π I remember when I lived in Japan, you could buy a quarter of a cabbage. It was very convenient. I haven't seen this in Polish supermarkets. My local store only sells whole cabbage, so you really gotta be well prepared, and think about how you're gonna use it all up. π Well, I was feeling confident, so I bought a small cabbage. I did use it all up! But then it got to my head, and I bought another. Now I'm really tired of chopping cabbage. It never ends. And guess what. Obviously I have an entire half cabbage left. π So far I've made tonkatsu, okonomiyaki, and bigos. I've also been putting some in miso soup every night and another vegetable soup today. For tomorrow, I'm considering making "chopped up goΕΔ bki". But I'd appreciate your ideas. What do I do with the remaining cabbage? π
