No one speaks perfect English. I know I don’t, and I’ve been speaking it all my life. Sometimes I forget words, there are lots of words I don’t know, and I mispronounce words sometimes. But that’s okay. The thing is, I don’t try to speak perfect English, and I’m not worried about making mistakes. That’s what makes me an effective communicator. I’ve taught 100s of professionals and students from around the world to find their voice in English. Most of the time, it’s not a language problem, it’s a confidence one. The fear sounding silly, being embarrassed, not being understood. It holds so many people back. But it doesn’t have to. The key isn’t to focus on perfection, that doesn’t exist in the world of language. The key is to practise. Practise, practise, practise. Even 5 or 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference for your fluency muscle. And if you need a place to practise, you’re very welcome to join my community for free. It has everything you need to find your voice in English while connecting with other serious learners from around the world. Send me a message if you want more information, but I can’t accept everyone. Thank you, have a great day! All my best, Teacher Dave
