The best way to diet is to diet smally don't take everything out immediately. Eat healthy the whole day then at the end have a dessert like ice cream or cream bread. Tou can still lose allt of weight doing this. As you are eating healthier than u were before. If you try to restrict to much in the beginning you'll go back to your old eating patterns anyways. This is how I lost alot of weight before. I'd eat healthy the whole day then have a cookie after lunch and exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour everyday after school. Although I haven't done this lately lol. And now that I'm an adult my metabolism isn't as good as it was back then since I was 9 back then lol. I used to be really into exercise when I was little and loved gym class but now as an adult and a teen I hate it. ;))
