We go through situations that seem to make no sense, pain that we do not understand, and silences that confuse us. But it is in this place of uncertainty that faith is tested and strengthened. We need to remember that God remains sovereign. Nothing escapes His control. Even when everything seems turbulent, we can rest in the arms of the Father, trusting that He calms the storm with just a word. “And when a great windstorm arose... Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion... And he awoke, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, ‘Peace, be still!’ And there was a great calm.” — Mark 4:37-39Even on the most difficult days, when all seems lost and your heart is weary, believe: the Lord does not abandon His own. He is Jehovah-Jireh, the God of provision. He sees, He cares, and at the right time, He acts. He who clothes the lilies of the field with beauty and gives food to the birds of the sky will surely take care of you.
