I couldn’t help thinking, by her words, are women in higher places, in governments, companies need to present themselves manly to break the “ceiling”. Then, those manliness defined by ancestors, redefined women in carrer practices. It is not only to think that, women do jobs manly to be - or want to be - revered. But the performance it shows could be whether a mimicry of discrimination women from/to women to locate themselves in a man-dominated world. I should think here, as a way of ridding out of this discrimination, would that be no boundaries of genders to best perform women in progress, which is to say, as a non-self-discriminatory mechanism, be without pre-mandated manly world, shall and need be women as without this way of self-patronising - being manly - and be women womanly to compete men at careers… Then we need to de-andronise (restrain manliness) and de-gynonise (restrain womanliness) for women in careers with “ceilings” jump out of them. Say, a world without manliness and womanliness be a better world, or not? What are the consequences depriving gender-hood? If would be very uncomfortable to live in that life for people like to patronise and condescend. ## Images 1.
