At around 4:15PM, I finished working out. During that workout, I was watching a Japanese Conversation Practice video going over the topic: "what is your favorite food?". While I was watching it, gyoza was mentioned (and various types of it), and I was like, "hm I'm kinda in the mood for gyoza now". So I decided to go to a sushi restaurant (since they have a lot of different appetizers). I go to this restaurant often since it's not expensive and it's still yummy. Oh and also, they play a lot of Japanese music (jpop, or rarer songs), so it helps me discover a lot of songs. For the appetizers I ordered miso soup and gyoza! For my main meal (protein!) I ordered sushi. All of it was great. I wanna try different types of gyozas once I'm in Japan in August. side-note: I think it's worth noting that appetizers usually cost a lot more at Japanese restaurants located in Orange County.
