👉한국어 연습 시리즈 2

혹시 단 음식을 좋아하시는 분이 많으세요?^^
오늘 소개할 음식은 바쓰 고구마（拔丝地瓜）입니당~
처음엔 바쓰는 너무 어려운 요리 방법인 줄 알았는데 직접 해 보니까 그렇지 않아요.
그래서 모든 일에 대해 두렵지 않고 한 번 시도해야 결과가 어떤지 알겠죠.
그럼 다음과 같이 바쓰 고구마 만드는 방법을 간단하게 소개해 드리겠습니다~
1. 고구마를 깨끗이 씻고 나서 껍질을 벗기는 다음에 조각으로 자름.
2. 고구마 조각을 뜨거운 기름에 넣고 튀김. ( 고구마가 바싹바싹하도록 두 번 튀겨야 함.)
3. 중요한 단계-->설탕 볶음. (주의사항-->설탕이 타지 않도록 기름 온도를 잘 파악해야 함)
4. 설탕은 거품이 나오고 호박색 될 땐 잘 튀긴 고구마 조각을 설탕에 넣고 빠른 속도로 볶음.
5. 고구마 조각은 설탕과 잘 섞으면 완성됨. ( 완성된 바쓰 고구마를 접시에 붙이지 않도록 미리 접시에 참기름을 발라야 함.)
