今日はサッカーする日⚽ Today is the day when I play soccer⚽ 運動といえば、サッカーしかしてないなぁ。自宅で腕立て伏せ、スクワット、プランクとかの筋トレを一時期やってたけど、続かなかった😶🌫️ 家よりジムの方がいいのかしら。 あと握力がないから、握力鍛える器具みたいなの買おうかな。 When it comes to doing exercise, I only play soccer. I used to do weight-resistance exercises such as pushups, squats, and planks a period of time. But I gave up doing halfway😥 I wonder if exercising in gyms is better than at home. And I have a week grip. So I wonder if I would buy an exercise equipment to strengthen the grip🙁 何であれ、時々メニューを変えて飽きないように少しずつ続けていこうかな。 No matter what it is, I sometimes try to vary the types of exercises and the number of repetitions so that I don't get bored and keep doing that even if it's a few☺️
