Duolingo reminded me that I'll lose my streak if I don't hurry and study. I decided to let go of Duolingo because I used to study Korean for 30 minutes a day... but then it locked the first unit and incorrectly assumed I was advanced enough not to need to review unit 1. Suddenly, unit 2 was long sentences and verbs I never had seen before. I don't understand why the app took away the roots of what I was building on. I know I could continue using Duolingo for Spanish practice, but I want to study Korean these days. Bye for now, Duo. 듀오링고가 저에게 알림을 보냈어요. 빨리 공부하지 않으면 연속 학습 기록이 사라진다고요. 예전에는 매일 30분씩 한국어를 공부했지만, 이제는 듀오링고를 내려놓기로 결심했어요. 그런데 첫 번째 유닛이 잠겨버리고, 제가 충분히 실력 있다고 잘못 판단해서 1유닛 복습을 건너뛰게 되었어요. 갑자기 2유닛에서는 처음 보는 긴 문장과 동사들이 나왔어요. 왜 앱이 제가 쌓아가던 기초를 빼앗았는지 이해가 되지 않아요. 스페인어 연습을 위해 듀오링고를 계속 사용할 수도 있다는 건 알지만, 요즘 저는 한국어를 공부하고 싶어요. 당분간 안녕, 듀오.
