oh how i’d love to organise an impromptu book club with English speakers from different countries. i’m super interested in how a reader’s opinion of a book changes depending on their cultural background. that would make an incredible passion project but it seems impossible at the moment because i would need to find at least like 5 or 6 people 1) who are passionate about literature 2) who can read and understand fiction in English language 3) who won’t ditch me after exchanging a couple of texts 4) who are willing to find the time for this so if you are an advanced (or a native) English speaker and (by some miracle) are interested in becoming a member of an international online book club, hit me up! 📚📝
