昨夜、遅い時間に家に帰ったので、汁を作って息子と一緒に息子の宿題をした
Last night, we returned home

at a late time, so I made some soup and did my sons homework together with him

息子はこんにゃくも初めて食べたのに、　良く食べれたも
And even though my son had Konnyaku for the first time, he did a good job eating it.

健康のために良い食べ物だから、それを見て私も喜んでなった
I was also very happy to see him eating it, since it’s food that’s very good for your health
