If I had a penny for every time I couldn't make the rolling r

sound in Spanish, I'd be rich. Can someone teach me how to make ⟨r⟩ sounds in Spanish?

"exercise" the muscle! XD You can use a pencil, bite it and try it like that! Do it when ever you can! With individual words or sentence's that you can associate to your daily life! Ammm hope that helps?

@Micah 米嘉德 what u can do is try to say the r whit vowels. I mean "ra" "re" "ri" etc. The tongue has to be on the front, almost un the teeth

    I didn't know you guys can't pronounce the sound "r" ,I have a solution though :)

@Micah 米嘉德 The Spanish /r/ has two sounds 1) Voiced alveolar tap or flap [ɾ] 🍐pe{r}a 🍒ce{r}eza (generally between vowels) 2) Voiced alveolar trill [r] a) (at the beginning of the word and at the end of the syllable) 🌹{r}osa 🚪pue{r}ta 🇦🇷A{r}gentina 🇮🇱Is{r}ael b) When there's /rr/ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Inglate{rr}a 🐕pe{rr}o 🤎🟤🟫 ma{rr}ón Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders (for the moment) have an advantage in pronouncing the sound of [ɾ] When they want to pronounce the t in certain words such as: "wa{t}er", "be{tt}er", "bu{tt}er", "Sa{t}urday" I can hear that sound. For [r] Voiced alveolar trill, it's like [ɾ] but longer or strong haha "perro" is like /per/ + /ro/ pe[ɾ] + [ɾ]o -> [r] /pe[r]o/

Just keep practicing. My friend's son had an issue with the r sound, and he is a native Spanish speaker, he went to speech-language therapy. I used to go take him there sometimes and observe the therapy. They basically repeated words several times and sang songs with r sounds. They told him to imitate the engine of the car when seeing and "r"in words. He ended up pronuncciating the r correctly. At the beginning he exaggerated a lot but then he started to say it naturally.
