    筋トレと高タンパク質な食事が効果的だと思います！ ドミニカさんはこれ以上痩せる必要無いと思うけど、ダイエットしたくなる気持ちはわかります😂 Doing Inner-muscle training and eating a high-protain food. I think you don’t need getting weight down but I understand your desire as the same position.
