My best friend in SK lived in Singapore for many years because

of his job. While he was there, he said this traditional dish was his favorite. So, I decided to recreate it for dinner tonight. I wish I could share it with him! However, he remains my menu inspiration despite not being able to enjoy a nice meal that I've made. Hopefully when I visit, I can make up for all of the agonizing hunger I have caused him. For now, I'll leave both you and him in agony still. 😜
