This morning, I went for a bike ride in Wichita, Kansas. The

scenery was so pretty! Wichita is built along the Arkansas River, which originates in the mountains of Colorado and eventually joins the Mississippi River. There is a bike path which is built along the river. On the bike path, you can see ducks swimming in the river. The bridges in Wichita also have unique shapes. One of them is shaped like a swan. In the 6th picture, you can see a large statue called “Keeper of the Plains.” It was a built by a local Native American, and has fire pits which illuminate it.

Wichita is famous for its barbecued meat. For dinner, I ate pulled pork, chopped brisket, Texas toast, macaroni, and corn.
