***TIPS on USING HELLO TALK - PART 3***

I have been using Hello

Talk for almost four years and this app helped me immensely. Here are my tips (continued from previous posts):

9. Find partners who CORRECT you rigorously! Make sure that you correct them too! Everything is mutual!

10. Write correctly in your native language and find people who write correctly in theirs. You might write in a different way when you are chatting with your friends but remember that you are taking to people who are learning your language here! Small details for natives can be very important for learners. Avoid shortcuts and slang, unless someone is interested in them.

11. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes! If you pay attention to your mistakes, you will improve a lot. I think that's the most significant way you can learn here and it provides a great value. So just talk about whatever topic you like and have fun, but never forget the objective!

12. Do not expect that someone can teach you an entire language here. In fact, native speakers often make mistakes too, so don’t count on one person! You need to learn in other ways and use Hello Talk to practice what you have learned and ask questions.

Happy learning and good luck!
