What a hapless month!
I had an accident weeks ago and then exactly

when my back is finally healed, I slipped and fell down from the stairs :(

"HAPLESS" means unlucky and unhappy.

Anyway, here another English terms for having a bad luck:

To be dogged by misfortunate - an expression used to convey the idea that you are constantly unlucky.

Jinxed - refer to someone who is suffering a period of bad luck.

An albatross around one's neck – a heavy burden that prevents one from achieving success.

It never rains but it pours - several unfortunate events when one bad thing happens, other bad things often happen too and make the situation worse

Schlemiel - an awkward and unlucky person for whom things never turn out right

Ill-starred - destined to fail or have many difficulties; unlucky.

I feel I am so bad when I came to the slipped and fell down from the stairs part I laughed 😂 I am sorry for you but it happens sometimes, usually for the ppl we say about them "their star is light" it is sth like you easily get the evil eyes.. Thank God and take care no need for sharing many photos of your activities and so on if you know what I mean and don't focus on that it was unluck or so on. may God bless all of us.

Thank you for the new word! And I wish you to get better soon too. Can you clarify something for me please? I feel there's something wrong about the phrases "another English terms" and "dogged by misfortunate"
