Good morning 😃☀️🌞

When I was younger and in grade school, I

was always afraid to ask my teachers questions. In our culture, it was considered rude to ask your teachers questions. We were taught at a young age to respect our teachers and whatever the teacher says is right.

Fast forward into adult hood I started to ask more questions. I always thought that if I don’t ask I would never know the answers. So I gathered up courage to start asking in questions. In real life, I now ask questions if something makes sense. Sometimes, I asked to much questions because I’m not satisfied with the answer.

Have you ever regretted not being able to ask a question ?

@taketo0314 I don’t think it’s the teachers part but cultural expectations that are parents put on us as kids

@ just take it as a lesson learned moving forward. When we were young our brain isn’t at the capacity to fully use the logic and reasoning part/

多问问题,大多数时候,别人应该会乐意回答你的,只要不是私密问题。因为你请教他们,会让他们有机会帮助他人,也会让他们觉得自己有学问。😜 Ask plenty of questions. Most of the time, people should be happy to answer, as long as it's not personal. Because when you ask them, you give them a chance to help others, and you make them feel learned. 😜

Your words is inspiring ,I never know you have this thing t in America, Because the silence among students for giving up questioning ,is pretty often to experience in College life.teacher is willing to answer for sure .

@月芽Luna oh this is defitnely not a thing of Americans. American kids are pretty expressive. Just culturally, teachers are given high regards. To ask questions is kind of like a counter attack and questioning the teachers credibility especially. It’s definitely not the teachers fault.

@ᒪᴜᴄᴋʏ王乐乐 Sorry,no offence. Your mentioning of respecting teacher seems to be typical in east Asia. I’m a Chinese and you don’t look like one. So I made a wild guess you might be from SK.

@Ada no worries. I’m south East Asian. Cambodian to be exact. Yes, it’s very typical in our culture too I face I think when it comes to certain things our cultural norms and expectations are quite similar. And I’m also too dark to be a South Korean 😂
