오늘은 미국 콜로라도에서 온 내가 제일 좋아하는 로스팅인 스윗 블룸으로 드립 커피를 만들었어. ☕️🇨🇦🇨🇴 🇺🇸This specific lot was a process using a hybrid wash method. This essentially means the ripe fruit is soaked in cherry for 22 hours before removing the skin and then fermented for 35 hours before removing the fruit layer (muscilage).
The result is a stunning. The jasmine is carried over into the cup and joined by a wonderful range of fruit flavours. From honeydew melon to grape candy to pineapple.
Aromatic: jasmine perfume
Acidity: malic juicy
Sweetness: hard candy
Altitude: 5000 - 6500ft
