Bored =/= boring

You should know the difference between these

two words: "bored" and "boring".

If you say, "I'm boring," it means that you are the cause of the boredom. In other words, you are not an interesting or fun person.

If you say, "I'm bored," it means that you are feeling the effects of boredom (this is more common). In other words, you have nothing to do and wish you did.

You can call other things boring: "work is boring." But it doesn't make sense to say, "work is bored."

Let me know if you have questions.
