Well somebody had too many Easter treats and needed a nap. This

is my horse’s best friend, not my horse. She is really funny!!!!
Today, we rode them together in a lesson, this horse and my horse and they had so much springtime energy!!!!

    @JUN not usually! She was having a nap and then she decided to roll on her back to scratch an itch before she stood up to ask me for cookies.

    @milton no! Most sleep standing up. Sometimes they lay down to nap. This horse was lying down, and she decided to roll before standing up. It looked so funny and unusual!!!

    @milton no, they can lay down on their own. Sometimes they like to roll when they are laying down if they feel itchy.

    @milton it’s ok! They can lay down when they’re sleeping. But usually they will only lay down to sleep when there is another horse standing guard to protect the napping horses.

    @Julie I agree! Her name is Maryke and she is really cute. Maryke is the best friend of my horse!

    @Julie because of how they act around each other! Their body language changes and they run towards each other and then they groom each other!! It’s so funny and cute!
