    Some people get English 「French, etc」 corrections that are wrong. I think there are many reasons why a correction could be wrong. However, I don't think those mistakes are a deliberate attempt at sabotaging someone 1. Being a native speaker of a language doesn't mean you've mastered that language. 2. this site is comprised of mainly people trying to learn . They aren't necessarily teachers. Just normal people trying to help. 3. Typos or careless mistakes. 4. They aren't a native speaker but they think they know the correct answer. There are probably more reasons. My advice, get multiple opinions and then check online or with a teacher.
