I was thinking to cut coffee out of my daily life and to drink tea either English or Chinese instead., Besides of getting rid of bread, dont forget to maintain healthy diet as it is the key for healthy body. The problem with toast is butter and that's what makes it producing too much calories, i suppose. Good night-sleep well!🌛
