    @natalia this is the easiest way to explain it. In/on the streets is complicated in the EEUU. He’s in the streets - he’s not a good person. He is more than likely doing illegal stuff. He’s on the streets - he’s homeless. The person is on the road The car is on the road Etc. The kids are in the streets causing havoc. We use in the streets when it leans more towards the first one of something illegal/bad.

    @natalia correct. Honestly being half naked is weird! We prefer full on nudity in our streets!
