Is the cemetery catacombs? People buried underground?

@Ken actually, the tombs in New Orleans are all above ground because the city is below sea level. It’s widely known for being a “sinking” city! It’s very close to both the Mississippi River and the ocean, and is prone to flooding. So, tombs cannot be dug underground because of the water that’s underneath. 😱
