I went to the dentist today to get my teeth cleaned. I was relieved

that I didn’t have any cavities. They gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste.

@David I used to use an electric toothbrush but I haven’t used one in a while. The most important thing for me is flossing very carefully because my teeth are close together and food gets stuck easily.

Have you thought about swapping into electric toothbrushes? I didn't know I'd been brushing my teeth wrong until got a Waterpik&water flosser combo six months ago and it has been a life changer...
