dinner tonight. I tried to make simmered kabocha, but it didn

't turn out very good. I wonder why! maybe because it's the wrong season, or maybe it didn't simmer long enough.

    🥘Cover the pot with a lid. 🔥Simmer it over low heat. These are important things.🙂

    That looks nice though! I often make simmered kabocha, but it depends on the state of it. It’s sometimes so fibrous😅

    Wow, it looks nice!! If it is hard, try microwave before simmer!
