Yesterday I took my son out for a Father / Son Day. We started

our day with some protein breakfast shakes. I got a low carb, banana and blueberry shake and my son got a pina colada. Then I took him shopping for some new clothes. We ended our father / son day at the local arcade. It was a fun day.
