Well, my summer job was delayed due to the quarantine (since it's not essential) and basically all travel and family events have been canceled, which sucks because my family is far away from where I currently live. 😭 Happy you're safe and enjoying Japan! 😊

My eikaiwa is closing in July but I was just told my end date is in June. So not much time to try and find another job. Hopefully if I do it's a kindergarten/preschool. But if not, I'll have to head back to the states maybe.

@anming the owner and manager are getting much older. The school has been open for around 30-40 years. Plus they are married and it's not a good situation. So the manager, who the other teacher and I work with, will retired and the owner will follow suit and close the school maybe.

I try to make the most of every situation...seeing obstacles as opportunities...like you, Anming. I have met so many interesting and friendly people online during this worldwide situation. I do not believe I would have reached out this way in the world before. Also, 30 Minute Fitness Challenge app has surprised me by keeping me fit and by taking me to new levels!
