, continuous  Example (1): “I have been relentless in my quest to learn Spanish. I think my level is still pretty poor but I’m making gradual progress and have now done at least 30 mins of Spanish for the past 3 months. It’s a beautiful language. I want to be trilingual!”
Example (2): “I really admire Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson because of his relentless hard work, passion and optimism. I don’t think he’s necessarily a great actor but he’s an incredible human being and that’s so much more important.”
