Bさん finds one of his employees sleeping under a desk.
Bさんは机の下に寝ている部下（Aさん）を見つかった瞬間時。。。

Aさん：Mmph...

Bさん：You ok there bud?

Bさん：...mmk.. What time did you end up falling asleep?
Bさん：そっか。。で何時に寝た？
Aさん：Probably around 5ish?
Aさん：朝の５時くらいかな？
Bさん：... in the morning? Are you insane?
Bさん：。。朝の？正気あんのかよ？
Aさん：It's a fun game alright.. but yeah I might be a bit addicted eh?
Aさん：楽しいから仕方ないじゃん。。と言っても中毒になっちまったかな？

Aさん：そうかな？じゃやってみようかな。。
Bさん：Well you better, otherwise you're fired.
Bさん：まぁ、そうしないとクビだ。

What do you guys do to stay focussed? I heard that getting some
natural sunlight for 10 minutes in the morning really helps us wake
