Does anyone know where foreigners go to make Korean friends?

I have been in Korea for over half a year and I don’t have any Korean friends 😭😭Please recommend some places to go 😊

    Yesterday I went to one with a german female friend of mine and it was so obvious that there was a guy and he tried to make physical contacts with her on in a hope that he gets laid. So unpleasant moment, but besides that people were quite decent to hang out with

    Have been to the language meet ups held in Gangnam and some other foreigners were also there to make friends. Be aware that there is words for korean guys who are after westerners online or offline; (riding a white horse kind of thing, you already probably have heard of it)
