    @Sweety By "selfish" do you mean "selfies"? Selfies gave me more confidence in this instance because 1. This was 3 days after I had become single after a 3.5 year relationship and 2. These photos and this post were uploaded on my birthday. I was going through a really hard time and I wanted to feel good about myself and like I was worth something. So, yes, in this instance it did help me
