Today is my 31st birthday. Last year was a big deal because

30 is a big milestone but this birthday feels more normal. I will spend the day with my family and hopefully get some gifts.

It’s great to read you, now I’m interested to reach this decade, it’s because during 20s there are some mental crisis that we usually experienced you know…. due to factors like uncertainty for the future, immersion in working life, leave your parent’s house and economic instability but at the same time you are in the period that your health and energy are in the best levels and plenty of time to do many activities , but you know that when you get older these valuable things are more limited

    @Diego Trejo I think for guys it isn’t a big deal. For a lot of my 20s I was uncomfortable with myself. Now I think I’m a better and more successful person than I have ever been. The only real downside is the potential for more health issues as you get older. Overall I think people treat me in a more serious way and show me more respect as I have gotten older.
