⭐⭐Has is usually used in third person while Have is used in first and second. Of course, there are exceptions. This can be a tricky concept, but try saying the sentence outloud with both "have and has".

    I didn't understand the third answer... Why is "have" if is in third person?

    @Sandy Vgs yes, there are exceptions. Most of the time, Has is third person. It just sounds more grammatically correct to use have. Try saying it out loud and see why have sounds better.

    Third one is confusing. He, she, it= has They, we, I= have (So I guess, it should be, does she has a dog?)

    @Anurag There are some exceptions. In the third one, it would be "have". Try saying the sentence outloud with both, "has and have". Have sounds more grammatically correct.

    One more thing, I add what I learned in middle school. Use the infinitive(root) form of the verb after the auxiliary verb.
