my grandfather is 87 and my grandmother

is 82, in June they both contracted COVID-19. My grandfather was put on a ventilator for 12 days and his heart would not beat unassisted, my grandmother was also put on a ventilator for 5 days. The doctors did not expect them to survive, but they both fought very hard and used all of their strength to make a FULL RECOVERY! I took this picture of them on Sunday! They get more tired than they used to, but thanks to the amazing NHS my lovely grandparents have fully recovered 💕 (NHS means national health service, the NHS is british and runs all british hospitals, and it means that all healthcare, doctor visits, hospital treatment is free for everyone. I really love the NHS) 🚑
