- Don't condemn them or their actions.
- Ask why they do whatever they do that you want them change. If they answer you why they do whatever they do, again don't condemn them, instead agree to their reason. Say something like, "if I were you in your shoes, I could have done the same as well."

For example, If they take alcohol and you would want them to change, don't condemn them, ask them why they take alcohol, because their answer might shock you.

One reason they may be taking alcohol might be a s a result of past failures, dissappointments, etc.

This also applies to believers, if you are a Christian and want to convert someone into becoming a Christian, Never condemn them. Please don't. Instead, ask them why they are not Christians because their answers might shock you.

Remember, every person is first a normal person before they become whatever they become in life. This is very important to remember.
