I want to move to Japan someday, possibly around Tokyo or Osaka

!

But I’m curious as to what the area’s are like and would I be able to make friends there?

I want to make loads of friends! 🤗

Osaka is very good to live, having friendly people, delicious food, many traditional places to visit(Kyoto, Nara) haha

I was born and raised in Tokyo, and I hate to say this, but Osaka people are more friendly and Osaka is where you can make new friends easy.

I used to live in Osaka and now I live in Tokyo. I think Osaka is boring. I think Osaka people in general are funnier, but I don't think they are any more friendly to people who they don't know than Tokyo people are. If you prefer constantly making jokes, then you have better chance of meeting people you get along with though. But Tokyo have people from all over Japan so you'll meet more variety of people including those who are from Osaka.

I've lived in Tokyo since I was born for 24 years, but I think Osaka is a better place for foreigners to live I've talked to a lot of foreigners living in Japan on this app, and I feel that people are softer to talk with than in Tokyo Tokyo is the center of Japan, so if you want to do business, I think it's a good place to live, but like New York in the U.S., the capital city is not necessarily a good place to live Well, in the end, it's all about your feeling, so try to live in the one you like! I wish you the best of luck!
