As the years go by, the meaning of Memorial Day is largely becoming lost and is becoming just a time to get together with family and friends.
Many will decorate their tables with Red, White, and Blue decorations and outdoor parties and barbecues are popular.
Everyone enjoys their day off work.
School tends to end session around this time, so Memorial Day is the unofficial start of the summer season.
