    @Elena so subways are the ones underground and not every city has them. The train above ground you can call it train, and depending where you are at metro can mean both train and bus

    @Anurag I think it depends where you really want to use it. I think British English is more popular in like eastern countries than in western countries like north or South America. But when yoh move to like China, Europe, Australian you will find British English more common. I would say pick one cus American and British vocabulary and grammar might be different
