    @˗ˏˋSherrie´ˎ˗ I think the recipe of “西红柿炒鸡蛋”and salt or sweet flavor of“豆花(豆腐脑儿)”can start a war in China. I personally believe 西红柿炒鸡蛋 shouldn't have anything besides egg, tomato,and salt.一 一+

    @˗ˏˋSherrie´ˎ˗ Do you know how to speak“西红柿炒鸡蛋”in English, I try to get it translated, but all the versions don't express the dish very well. Tomatoes with eggs doesn't cover “炒”, and if been added“scramble”, normally scrambled egg is much more softer and raw than the real conditions of eggs in this dish.
