I’ve been through a lot of changes in my life lately that really needed to happen. They have resulted in a lot of happiness and a lot less stress. Has anyone been through any changes or are working on bettering their mental health?
What is the conversation about mental health like where you are in Japan or Korea? Are you and people around you comfortable talking about mental health?
