My favorite snack when Im at my computer watching YouTube. I

make 누룽지 so often...I've become a pro 😉 Sometimes I make it thin...sometimes I make it thick, depends on my mood. Sometimes reallly toasted, sometimes slighty toasted. How do you like to eat yours?

    I just use 찬밥. That’s more easier for me. But that 누룽지 looks good!

    @Desert rose "crunchy rice!" No real English name. Some people use cold cooked rice but i make it fresh because i like the Smokey/toasted flavor it gives the rice on top. Make sure you have a non stick pan. Medium heat and just leave for 30 to an hour. https://youtu.be/aV_CsEL7pgE It has roasted crunchy rice flavor. I enjoy natural but hellotalk users recommended dipping in honey, sprinkling sugar or deep frying. I eat plain.

    @muayly crunchy rice in English and "noo roong gee" in Korean. Can dip in honey, sprinkle sugar, deep fry and pour sauce over it, add water and make "jook" YouTube "누룽지 만들기"

    @Kayeyeam. I do that too..but i also like the toasty flavor of the rice when i make fresh. Plus i can make another round with the top rice after the first one.
