The best thing about Christmas dinner is the leftover sandwiches you get to have on Boxing Day. These were the ones for my parents, so I had a go at making them extra fancy.

Weeeell, maybe they could have done with a bit more green eh? My parents said they were flipping’ lovely so no harm done 😄
