This weekend I made homemade bread, vegan pancakes and steamed

egg, and they were all pretty damn good! 😄😋😎🤤

    @Stan no, all pretty easy. The pancakes and steamed egg are really quick, maybe 10-15 minutes needed. Bread takes the longest, but only because you need to leave it to rise (a process called 'proofing'), and then bake in an over for around 45-50 minutes, so can take a few hours in total

    wow！these cook are the level of completion ✨ This German type? bread and English muffin and French baguette and Italian Focaccia are all vegan friendly I think .. And..I didn’t know the steam egg, is it like Japanese “茶碗蒸し“(cha wa n mu shi )??

    @Maggie with these ingredients 😎 Ingredients 125g/4½oz self-raising flour 2 tbsp caster sugar 1 tsp baking powder good pinch sea salt 150ml/5fl oz soya milk or almond milk ¼ tsp vanilla extract 4 tsp sunflower oil, for frying

    @Yuri I really should try making focaccia! I think 茶碗蒸し is the Japanese equivalent to 蒸蛋, although I don't know if there are other ingredients in 茶碗蒸し than make it different to 蒸蛋
