this is one of my favorite dishes to cook. it is a vegetarian

thai-inspired peanut curry. the sauce is coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce. do you like to cook with peanut butter?
